Invisible infrastructure
Ghost Arts Collective is a community of artists, builders, fabricators, and problem-solvers working between Brooklyn and the Berkshires. We provide art fabrication, installation, construction, and creative production for artists, galleries, institutions, designers, and cultural spaces.
We think of our work as building the invisible: the structures, surfaces, systems, and details that make creative work possible. That means approaching every project with precision, intention, and respect for the vision at its center. From gallery build-outs and custom fabrication to exhibition installation and unconventional one-off projects, we bring together technical building knowledge with an artist’s attention to detail.
Our approach is collaborative, personable, and adaptable. We work closely with our clients to understand not only what needs to be built, but how the project needs to function, feel, and endure. We aim to be a reliable partner throughout the process—communicative, resourceful, and invested in the final result.
As a small collective, we also believe the infrastructure around creative work matters. Whenever possible, we prioritize local sourcing, independent makers, and long-term relationships with the craftspeople and businesses around us, helping keep skills, resources, and opportunities circulating within the creative community.
